Terms of service
1. General These Terms of Service govern your use of Clawsbycelia and any purchases made through our store. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms.
2. Custom Orders & No Cancellations All orders placed with Clawsbycelia are custom-made. Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded, except in the case of a faulty or damaged item (see our Return & Refund Policy). Small favors may be accepted if we're contacted about it (f.ex. small add-on, a card, etc), please contact us right after the order placement.
Payment is due at the time of ordering. We do not offer payment plans or deferred billing.
3. Intellectual Property All designs, nail art, photographs, and creative work produced by Clawsbycelia are the exclusive intellectual property of Clawsbycelia. It is strictly prohibited to:
- Copy, reproduce, or imitate our designs
- Resell or redistribute our work in any form
- Use our images or designs for commercial purposes without prior written consent
Any unauthorised use constitutes plagiarism and intellectual property infringement and may be subject to legal action.
4. Returns & Refunds Please refer to our separate Return & Refund Policy for full details on our no-return policy and exceptions for faulty items.
5. Limitation of Liability Clawsbycelia shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed.
6. Governing Law These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Luxembourg.
