How do I get the right Press-On measurements?
Under every Press-On product, you will find our ‘NEW CUSTOMER FORM’ with a link, to register your nail measurements. This is required for every NEW customer. Once we have your nail measurements, you won't have to send us anything for your next orders, as your measurements will be registered in our system.

HOW TO DOES IT WORK?
Measure your bare nails (no product, extension etc.) with a tape measure (it has to be bendable) from sidewall to sidewall. If you’re hesitating between two numbers (f.ex. 1,1cm or 1,2cm), always take the bigger number (in this case 1,2). You can always adjust the tip of your Press-On to your nail with a file. 
How do I apply and remove Press-On nails?
Every Press-On order comes with an application and removal instruction sheet. You will be able to find a visual tutorial on @clawsbyceliashop (Instagram) very soon! Your order also includes a full application kit containing everything you need:
- A file
- A cuticle pusher
- A nail wipe
- Two nail glue systems (nail glue and sticky tabs)
- Cuticle oil
How long do the nails last?
Every Press-On order includes a full application kit with two different glue systems. We recommend sticky tabs for short-term wear (1-3 days) and nail glue for long-term wear (1-2 weeks). It is possible to go longer with the nail glue, as long as the application is well-done, but we recommend taking them off after the two-week mark to ensure the longevity of the product and the health of your nails (because of f.ex. possible lifting).
Important: Don't ever pull or force the Press-Ons while removing them, it should never hurt. Safe removal instructions can be found on the instruction sheet. Also, don’t ever use acetone to apply or remove the nails, as we only use soft gel Press-Ons. Acetone melts and damages the product!
What tip sizes are available?
We offer 13-15 tip sizes per shape to ensure a perfect fit for every nail. If there are any particularities regarding your nail beds, don’t hesitate to reach out.
Are your products reusable?
Yes, the Press-Ons are intended to last, even after repeated usage. Our high-quality products and craftsmanship ensure the longevity of the nails and the designs. However, you are not meant to pick on your nails, use them as tools or use harsh chemicals with them. This could affect the Press-Ons but also your natural nails.
How long does delivery take?
We will only create your set after you have placed your order and registered your nail measurements. Depending on demand and your order value, it may take up to 1-4 weeks to ship your order. We thank you in advance for your patience. Delivery time then depends on your location and carrier (in Luxembourg: approximately 1-2 days).
Do you ship internationally?
We ship to all European countries (including non-EU countries) and to the United States.
What is your return policy?
Due to the custom and personal nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed and fulfilled.
However, if your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will make it right! Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with your order number, a photo or video of the issue, and a brief description.
